IDEAS & INFO Luncheon on Foundation Funding
Building relationships with funding institutions is one of the most critical development activities for nonprofit organizations. Our next IDEAS & INFO Luncheon will focus on Foundation Funding Opportunities and include a chance to meet the funders.
We are thrilled to welcome three prominent foundations: the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, the Eugene and Agnes E. Meyer Foundation and the Greater Washington Community Foundation.
- The Greater Washington Community Foundation is the largest funder of nonprofit organizations in the region with nearly $7 million in gifts and grants to Prince George's County nonprofits in the last year and a half.
Presenter: Dawnn Leary, Senior Community Investment Officer. - The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation awards approximately $100 million annually.
